The ranking system on the R.U.S.E. Wiki is based on the amount of contributions and achievement points a contributing user has earned. User will be promoted to the next rank once they reached the achieved number of contributions and achievement points. This will not effect users who became admins and bureaucrats prior to August 21, 2012.
These ranks are for users who don't have the special moderating abilities.
These are just unregistered users who had participated in the wiki, by editing, discussing, or taking part in the polls. These users will immediately be promoted to the next rank once they have a registered account.
These are registered users who had joined.
These registered users have been quite active around the wiki, starting on-topic discussions and contributing a couple times a week. If you are one and recognize yourself, you will be promoted to the officer ranks.
- Number of Edits: 100+
- Achievement Points: 200+
These ranks are for users who have the special moderating abilities.
This rank consists of both users with the ability to rollback and users who moderate chat.
- Chat moderation
- Number of Edits: 300+
- Achievement Points: 400+
The Bureaucrat has the ability to promote new bureaucrats and admins. Administrators are also in this group, but they don't have the bureaucrat's abilities.
- Lone Adminship
- Number of Edits: 650+
- Achievement Points: 950+
The Bureaucratic Administrator have broad control over the wiki, being able to edit the MediaWiki files, protect pages and delete articles.
- Bureaucratic Adminship
- Number of Edits: 1000+
- Achievement Points: 1000+
The Marshal Administrator has total control over the R.U.S.E. Wiki, the Wargame: European Escalation Wiki, and the Act of War Wiki. There are no current marshal admins as of in this community.

- Number of Edits: 5000+
- Achievement Points: 5000+
- A good and trustable reputation
