Kampfgruppe Reiner was a German division during the tenth level, "Utah Beach". They attack Saint-Come-Du-Mont after Kampfgruppe Heydte and attack much the same way as them, except utilizing decoy tanks. They are also part of the 91. Luftlande-Division.
Overall, they would be easier to defeat as long as you have maintained adequate unit strength through surviving or replacing lost units, however like always, they should not be taken lightly and should be dealt with accordingly.
